This design was prepared for customer who is in a wheel-chair ... other versions are possible including inside steering in pilot house etc.   See deck below ... 3 ft minimum side deck to transom ... 3 ft wide cockpit sole seats from near stern to forward end of dog house ... grey seats are under cover in dog house additional steering can be on bulkhead at the forward of dog house.  All flush deck outside cockpit and dog house.

        Grey is sole / level floor area ... 36 ins clearance all round as shown, access to aft bathroom is 36 ins
Engine room will be laid out to suit ... some tanks under sole in all areas galley in passage and you
could park wheelchair between bench and engine room bulkhead.  Please COMMENT and suggest
any changes you require.  Dinette would sleep two if required. Wheelchair has access to chart table
