This design is for either STEEL, ALUMINUM OR FIBERGLASS The CW 28 is a great first time boatbuilding project.

This design is an ideal all purpose Workboat, Dive-boat or Fishing boat.

The plans come for a single stern-drive or inboard engine installation.

The pilot house may be extended aft if you wish to build her as a family cruiser and require more accommodation.

NOTE:
Fiberglass version comes with inboard installation.
Aluminum version comes with inboard or stern-drive option.

Hi Bruce 

I have had a CW28 built here in Thailand (GRP) and used around the East Gulf of Thailand. Jomtien and Koh Chang regions.

It’s really great and is intended for family cruising, island hopping and fishing. I am conducting sea trials at the moment.

The boat is powered by an FNM 225 HPE inboard diesel. Prop shaft is 2” SS. G/bx is 2.43 ratio.
