Thank you for your order. It takes about 48 hours to process the orders due to the various time zones around the world … charges are made in US$ so all the credit cards are processed in our US office. You will be offered your download within 3 days; or as soon as we have processed your order. However you may have a CD if you wish BUT there is no difference in the information between the download and the CD. We have invested a considerable amount in the new DOWNLOAD system, we did this because the CD's were taking some weeks to be delivered to our customers ... unfortunately the postal service is often S-L-O-W ... but the DOWNLOAD system is very fast and efficient.
